Nobutaka Matsuo is a senior partner in MEBUKI IP LAW FIRM.

He has provided many clients with a wide variety of intellectual property services including not only filing and prosecution of patent, utility model, industrial design and trademark applications but also legal advice, consulting and evaluation.

He specializes in physical chemistry, organic chemistry and macromolecular chemistry. He handles inventions related to display devices, large size display apparatuses, semiconductor devices, power devices, optical devices, a wide variety of functional materials, various types of manufacturing equipment and machineries.

He previously worked as a researcher for display devices and a marketing researcher of a wide variety of new products developed in R&D division.
