He has provided many domestic and international clients with a wide variety of intellectual property services including not only filing and prosecution of patent, utility model, industrial design and trademark applications but also legal advices relating to Freedom to Operate and Infringement of patents. His practices also include Third Party Submissions, Oppositions and Appeals for Invalidation before Japan Patent Office and Litigations Rescinding the Trial Decisions before Intellectual Property High Court.

With regard to patents, he mostly handles inventions related switch apparatus, conductive polymer, carbon fiber and nanotube, resin and elastomer, pharmaceutical active agent, diagnostic reagent kit, cosmetics and adhesive. As he previously worked as a researcher and an engineer for one of chemical companies, he is able to handle inventions related a wide variety of ceramics including Al2O3, SiC, Si3N4, ZrO2, rare earth oxide like CeO2.
